Combine raisins and water in a small bowl. Let soak for 15 minutes. Drain raisins, discard water and set raisins aside.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.&lt;br /&gt;3.  In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, oil and brown sugar; beat well. Combine egg mixture and flour mixture; mix just until moistened. Fold in carrots and drained raisins. Spoon into prepared muffin cups.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Didalam sebuah mangkuk, susunkan satu lapisan kek yang telah dipotong didasarnya&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuangkan sedikit jem diatasnya serta sedikit sos kastard. Taburkan buah raspberry &amp;amp; blueberry segar. Ulangi lapisan sehingga mangkuk itu hampir penuh.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuangkan krim putar dilapisan yang paling atas dan akhir sekali, hiaskan dengan lebihan buah blueberry &amp;amp; raspberry. Simpan didalam peti sejuk selama 2 jam sebelum dihidang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sos Kastard:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;• 2 cawan susu segar&lt;br /&gt;• 4 biji kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;• 6 sudu besar gula kastor&lt;br /&gt;• 1 sudu besar tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;• 1 sudu kecil esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Panaskan susu segar tetapi jangan biarkan mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;2. Pukul kuning telur bersama gula kastor hingga hampir putih. Masukkan tepung gandum serta esen vanila dan sebatikan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuangkan susu panas perlahan-lahan kedalam adunan telur dan kacau hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masak diatas api perlahan hingga pekat dan memdidih beberapa kali. For meatballs, shape the minced ingredients into ping pong-size balls and pan fry in olive oil until light brown. Set aside for later use&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. For the sauce, heat up olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat, sauté onion until tender and just begins to turn golden. Add remaining sauce ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt, if necessary. Add meatballs; cover and simmer for another 30 minutes, stirring from time to time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Deep fry fries till golden and crispy.&lt;br /&gt;2. Remove and drain on paper towels.&lt;br /&gt;3. Arrange on a plate.&lt;br /&gt;4. Using a non-stick pot, add cheese, milk to cook.&lt;br /&gt;5. Turn heat to medium heat to simmer for 3 to 5 mins, stirring continously.&lt;br /&gt;6. Once its melted into liquid form, turn off the heat.&lt;br /&gt;7. Pour melted cheese on fries.&lt;br /&gt;8. Whisk Sour cream with milk till its creamy.&lt;br /&gt;9. Drizzle on top of melted cheese.&lt;br /&gt;10. Fillet ikan yang telah dibersihkan ditoskan sehingga kering. Kemudian digaul bersama dengan serbuk kunyit dan juga garam dan diperap selama 15 minit.&lt;br /&gt;2. Sediakan bahan bancuhan tepung, gaul semua bahan-bahan tersebut sehingga sebati. Bancuhan tepung jangan terlalu cair, kepekatannya bila celup ikan ia boleh menyalut fillet ikan tersebut.&lt;br /&gt;3. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Biarkan minyak betul-betul panas dan kemudian celup fillet ikan dalam bancuhan tepung dan goreng.&lt;br /&gt;4. Goreng sehingga tepung garing dan menguning. Angkat dan toskan. When the pan is hot, add the floured fillets and cook until golden on one side. Stir in the cooked macaroni, broccoli and flaked tuna and pour into a shallow, heatproof dish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine the crushed Jacob's Weetameal crackers, grated cheese and parsley together. Scatter this over the macaroni and top with the halved cherry tomatoes. Bake in a preheated oven (180 C) for 15 - 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and topping is golden brown.
